I took this photo of a Grey Heron just as it caught a frog at the Sabledam in the KNP. It dunked the poor frog into the water a few times just as if it was washing its lunch. Then it finally ate the frog and afterwards it cleaned its beak on the piece of dry wood in the back ground. Was quite interesting to watch.

A absolute fantastic action capture of this Grey Heron and the frog. Clear detail, colours and POV. I hope you don't mind but I did my first workshop on this again fantastic action shot of yours.
