[Richtlijnen voor opmerkingen] Opmerking van de fotograaf
Shot of the Kuang Si Falls, South of Luang Prabang, Northern Laos...

The falls are situated 20kms out of Luang Prabang in lush rainforest and are an amazing collection of multi-leveled and shaped limestone lips that have been built up over the years. The waters cascade over these lips into brilliantly coloured pools ranging from greens to blues... the falls are very popular with locals and tourists alike!

Hi Joffre
An interesting photo of this waterfall. The limestoneís sure have some strange formations.
I like this tight crop on the vertical frame. The colours look natural, the details are fine, but the exposure has some nits. The backlight situation was against you as it seems the sun was high and the area at the top showing the sky has some glare. Probably the only bit of advice for that is to try and take the photo at a different time of day. I realise this is maybe not possible as you photograph the scene at the time you visit the place and maybe cannot revisit and possibly did not have time to wait for a better lighting condition. Also, the water is OE in some areas. The only advice for this is that one should not take your meter reading on the darker areas of the rocks or surrounding vegetation, but find a spot that is intermediate in light and distance and take the reading from there to have an average DOF and shutter speed.
Anyhow, a good effort and TFS.
