Hi Asbed,
Lovely capture with just the right shutter speed usage. Fantastic lights and good composition... however, I might crop the image to vertical format to focus on the ducks more as they're a little bit small in the frame for me. Nevertheless, great work, congratulations!

Ciao Silvio,
Beautiful image, the open-wing pose is always very spectacular and if the composition is as good as here, it can sell the image even alone. But here we also get great sharpness, lovely warm color tones and nice shallow DoF to gain attention on the nymphalida only. High quality image, congratulations!

Hi Ram,
Eventhough this specimen came from a war, as it seems, I love this conspicuous species. Being a tropical butterfly I never had the chance to make my own photo, but I don't give up. :-) Spectacular composition, good colors and acceptable sharpness. Pleasant to look at.

Hi Ron,
Just a touch oversharpened, but very suggestive image with spectacular composition, great colors and nice shallow DoF. Impressive work, congratulations! And I truly hope to greet your return to TN quite soon, as we all miss you and your new photos.

Hi Peter,

Very suggestive image, nice composition, however I feel PoV could be a bit lower and the orchid a bit bigger in the fame. Colors and exposure are gorgeous, though.

I've seen an, habitat-wise almost similar species (Dactylorhiza incarnata) on the coastal rocks of Ireland as well.

Hi Abhirup,
Fine image, good sharpness and eventhough you had dull lights, nice colors. Probably, if you put the shrike more right in the frame to fit to the rule of thirds, the composition might even be more effective.

Hi Jimmy,
I like artistic nature photos very much, and your shot isn't an exception. Hats off for the spectacular composition, for the perfect colors and sharpness, they're breathtaking. I especially like the wonderful details on the beak. However, background is a bit noisy. Didn't you apply the Neat Image module of your Photoshop (or equivalent)?

Hi Luciano,
Beautifully composed shot with nice contrast and light management. Great details / textures on the wing also - however, background's a little bit noisy, eventhough you used low ISO. Result of overcropping maybe?

Hi Steve,
Just a touch overexposed, but even this way a very nice photo of this common beauty, because the composition's quite effective. Nice shallow DoF to mish-mash the background as well.

Hola Pedro,
I agree with Luciano about the oversaturation, however, I like the photo, because the composition's pleasant, combined with tack sharpness on the butterfly and unusually processed background blur, which even gains the feeling of an underwater scene (strange, but true - this was my 1st thought about it). Interesting shot!

Simple yet very effective composition, with your trademark, the exceptional light management. Great sharpness on the butterfly as well. Background's a little noisy, but that's not a major problem. Goo shot!

Hi Ron,
Nice moth, very spectacular, especially when contrasting the dark green background. Great sharpness on the insect, nice details on the wings. There's a little background noise detectable, but the spectacular composition with the Haploa confusa matching the width of the leaf takes everything... Fantastic shot, congratulations!

Hi Asbed,
It's true there isn't 1/3200 seconds in the dropdown menu, this was also new for me. :-) This photo, in my opinion, is a good documentation shot about your meeting with this species, but nothing more. Wrong camera angle, the PoV is too low, and there's too much noise on the plumage due to the very high ISO. Background's also distractingly busy. A pity, because the woodpecker's pose is spectacular, and in different surroundings the open wings might be really conspicuous and alone would be capable of selling the photo to the viewer.
Kind regards from Ireland, László

Hi Pierre,
Nice shot, with good composition and pose, the cardinal is like a little pearl on the colorless, winter tree (+ fence), and is sharp enough. I also like the background blur, your lens created lots of nice bokeh's. :-) Good photograph overall, however, if I were you I'd increase color saturation a touch.

Hi Mohammad,
Fantastic phenomenon on an excellent and very spectacular photo. Very smart composition with a semi-diagonal line from the faraway mountains to the right, meanwhile the main compositional elements are the "bubbling" clouds. Interesting, eye-catching shot with good contrast also. Bravo!

Hi Sri,
If I remember well, I already saw this extraordinary duck in your gallery. But this photo's even more spectacular, with minimalistic yet very pleasant composition. I love the way how you put the duck into the frame, with a little, waving reflection. The plumage is tack sharp with plenty of details and good colors. Bombastic photo again, congratulations!

Hi Luciano,
No way you used flash here... But yes, you did. The result's incredible. Not only due to the exceptional light management, as the diagonal composition itself is very-very spectacular and pleasant to the viewer. Excellent shallow DoF to gain all attention on to the beautiful tropical butterfly. Majestic shot again. Bravo!

Hi Hasan,
This is very nice. Although sharpness may be increased a little, probably your best photo so far, as the composition's eye-catching. I love the way how the male "catkins" of the Black Pine are forming a diagonal line, and the colors are natural. Congratulations, good shot!
