| Inleiding: | My family consists of a wife, six kids, and 24 grand kids. They are the key stones of my life. I have had a keen interest in macrophotography for many years. With the recent advent of digital technology, now I can study nature by photographing a few of the most diverse life forms on the planet (insects)! Treknature seems to be a wonderful outlet to learn many techniques from more experienced photographers. It is hoped that technical critiques will be rendered so I may learn as much technique as possible. This is such a wonderful site to relish the talents of artistically sensitive people who truly have a yearning for things of the earth. For me, photography is a vehicle that focuses on an appreciation of our maker and his handy work. The wonders can only be realized if we can stop long enough to see them. It is a delight to just set and look at the many awsome works that each of you capture and share. I only hope that I can reciprocate in some small way.
